The candidate will be responsible for daily patient assistance and follow-up, managing both in-person and telemedicine care. Additionally, they will actively collaborate in the development and smooth operation of the department. A minimum of two years’ experience in direct patient interaction—either in-person or via telephone and online channels—is required. Proficiency in office software and the ability to handle sensitive documentation with appropriate discretion are essential. Training and experience in assisted reproduction will be valued, although learning ability and motivation are prioritized.
