We’ll provide you with the tools and knowledge needed to deliver effective and creative solutions—ensuring every customer finds exactly what they need to transform their home. **How will you do it?** In your role—and guided by your Department Manager and in close coordination with your team—you’ll take on the crucial mission of promoting and maximizing sales in your area. To achieve this, your actions will be key: **1\. Personalized customer service:** You’ll be the friendly face our customers encounter, guiding them through their shopping journey. Your goal will be to ensure their complete satisfaction—providing the support and advice they need to make the best decisions for their home improvement projects. **2\. Product presentation:** You’ll be responsible for maintaining shelf layouts aligned with our commercial strategy. This includes managing inventory effectively, ensuring signage and product information are clear and accurate—thereby facilitating a seamless shopping experience for the customer. **3\. Team collaboration:** You won’t be alone—you’ll coordinate efforts with the store team, moving across different areas as needed to ensure every customer feels well attended. The goal is to unite our efforts and turn shopping here into an exceptional experience. **What will make you succeed at Brico Depôt?** **1\.
