You will join the Construction team, participating in comprehensive construction project management—from execution phase onward—reporting to the Department Director, ensuring delivery of the highest quality standards and collaborating to achieve the Company’s objectives, performing the following responsibilities: * Direct client interaction * Technical site visits for data collection * Overall production management * Budget preparation and formalization * Management of procedural quality, as well as material and finish quality on site * Subcontractor management, cost control, scheduling, and financial closeouts with clients and suppliers * Collaboration in requesting, managing, and analyzing supplier quotations, as well as comparative analysis * Preparation of necessary project documentation: measurements, schedules, financial control, meeting minutes, as-built documentation, etc. Every day is different, and across all these activities, we encourage you to demonstrate your ingenuity. To apply, you must be/have: * Do you hold a university degree in Architecture / Technical Architecture or Engineering / Technical Engineering? * Do you possess knowledge and experience in the construction sector? * Do you have 8–15 years of experience in similar roles? * Are you proficient in Office suite, Presto, MS-Project, AutoCAD, and Revit? * Do you have a high level of English proficiency? * Are you an autonomous, proactive, team-oriented, organized, committed individual with interest in helping drive the corporate project forward?
