**SH 360 is a consulting and hospitality services company established to provide clients with comprehensive business management services, aiming to create a new way of understanding hospitality through digital transformation and positioning them for successful competition.** **We seek dynamic and proactive individuals motivated to join an ambitious project with significant development potential.** Key responsibilities: * Using multichannel systems to provide technical support and customer service. * Conducting outbound/inbound telemarketing activities to promote products and services, aiming to increase call-to-booking conversion rates. * Managing databases in accordance with the company’s commercial requirements and objectives. * Collecting payments for products and services via electronic means, complying with legal regulations and company procedures. * Providing online advisory services or real-time assistance and support. Minimum Education: \- Bachelor’s degree or Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Tourism. Minimum Experience: \- Prior experience in hotel reservation centers, hotel front desks, travel agencies, sales roles, or telephone sales is highly desirable. Required Knowledge: Professional: * Digital competencies: Office software skills, regular use of web environments/email. * Customer service. * Sales skills. * Commercial skills. * Administrative work. * Teamwork. Personal: * Conflict management. * Self-control. * Organizational ability. * Problem-solving. Minimum Requirements: * Languages: English / Portuguese / French. * German is highly desirable. * Telephone communication skills: Friendliness, patience, and confidence when interacting with customers. * Results-oriented mindset. Candidate’s Residence: Sada and surrounding areas (A Mariñas, A Coruña, and/or Ferrolterra regions). Industry Type of the Position: \- Hospitality. Salary: \- Sales-oriented salary (Base salary defined by the A Coruña Offices and Offices Collective Agreement \+ monthly performance-based variable pay). Position Type: Full-time. Salary: €19,400–€20,000. Working Hours: * Afternoon, morning, and night shifts. Rotating Shift. Additional Compensation Types: * Commission plan. Annual Salary: €19,400.00–€20,000.00.
