




Summary: As an Operations Manager, you will provide operational support and manage project-based activities within Data Intelligence & AI Governance. Highlights: 1. Title: Operations Manager Reports to: Director, Operations, Shared Services Location: Barcelona, Spain The Role: As an Operations Manager, you will work with Technical Project Managers, Technology, Automation Team members, and stakeholders to deliver projects within Data Intelligence \& AI Governance You will provide operational support and manage project\-based activities. This includes analysing workflows, reviewing established processes for improvements, assisting in Key Performance Indicator definitions, requirements gathering, project planning and communications. You Will: * Review Data Intelligence team's workflows with an eye to streamline and centralize them and assure adherence to processes as soon as they are introduced * Review Key Performance Metrics Indicators and provide guidance on establishing new KPIs when required * Deliver assigned projects on Data Strategy Technology roadmap from inception to adoption. * Understand, challenge and address initiatives: sit with business teams, analyze root causes and identify optimizations, design new processes and roll\-out plans * Identify and implement opportunities to optimize operational processes in order to enhance efficiency and satisfaction of internal and external customers * Build solid business cases centred on Objectives and Key Results for project prioritization and decision\-making processes. * Manage all elements of the projects, including organizing and planning, estimating, managing resources, tracking and controlling projects, managing risk \& opportunity, managing quality, communicating \& documenting, and change management * Clear, precise, and regular communication with all stakeholders will be a key element for success in the role. This includes ongoing project status reports as well as eliciting requirements from stakeholder teams * Assist in all other project\-based activities that Research/Content team undertakes You Have (Essential Qualifications) * You have 2\-4 years of experience working in business organizations, communicating with business owners and senior leaders, while handling multiple competing tech priorities. * Proficient in analyzing business processes, performing root cause analysis and identifying solutions that lead to projects. * An entrepreneurial mindset, with the mentality to develop ideas independently in a fast\-paced environment. * Knowledge of project management best practices, including working with projects from launch to delivery. * Experience in implementing change management strategies within organizations * An openness to different views and understanding needs from a diverse group of stakeholders Preferred Qualifications * Formal Project Management certification. * Experience in Agile software development.
