What will you be responsible for? · Building strong commercial relationships with the hotels in your portfolio. · Optimizing inventory, availability, and rate competitiveness offered through the Central Reservation System. · Negotiating terms to maximize conversion and ensure the best competitiveness index for the assigned portfolio of hotels. · Analyzing demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to align the contracted product with the agency network’s demand. · Providing advice on online marketing and direct sales. · Identifying business opportunities regarding new products, offers, or any other service in coordination with the department head and the Business Acceleration team. ### **Requirements** What are we looking for? · Education: University degree in Tourism or related field; or Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Travel Agencies or Tourist Accommodations. · Analytical profile and commercial aptitude with clear results orientation. · Organizational skills and attention to detail. · Languages: Advanced English proficiency is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is highly valued. · Prior experience in hotels or travel agencies is also valued. ### **Benefits Offered** What do we offer?
