Published on 28/01/2026 **Mission** ----------- #### **Join the TIGLOO team as a Junior Cybersecurity Technician!** We are seeking our next **Junior Cybersecurity Technician** to join our Cybersecurity department at our office in **Donostia** (Gipuzkoa). You will be part of a specialized team, working in a dynamic, multi-client environment, where your mission will be to ensure digital protection and reinforce our customers’ trust through effective and personalized solutions. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Respond to cybersecurity incidents reported via various channels. * Document, prioritize, and categorize incidents according to the area of specialization. * Monitor cybersecurity events and incidents, managing and escalating tickets efficiently. * Install, configure, and parameterize SIEM tools. * Analyze SIEM-generated alerts: identify false positives, and prioritize and categorize events. * Diagnose remediation plans, communicating with the client and coordinating with the operations team. * Prepare and present periodic reports detailing identified findings and proposals for improving clients’ cybersecurity posture. **What do we consider essential?** * Training in Network Systems Administration (ASIR) or equivalent. * At least 2 years’ experience as a Cybersecurity Support Technician in multi-client environments. * Knowledge of and experience with security monitoring tools and ethical hacking. * Knowledge/experience with Networking, Firewalls, EDR, Microsoft 365. **It’s a plus if you have...** * Intermediate level of English. * Specific training in Cybersecurity. * Experience with Active Directory. **What do we offer?** * Full-time indefinite-term contract for a project with great future prospects, within a dynamic and growing environment. * Competitive compensation package tailored to your experience. * Continuous training and a professional development plan adapted to your goals.
