Job Purpose To create baseline demand forecasts, per SKU, to then work with Commercial to enrich and align on a consensus demand plan. Converting this demand plan into a supply plan factoring labour and capacity restrictions. Key Processes Manage Demand Planning Manage Supply Planning Responsibilities Liaise with Commercial to agree a consensus demand plan for publication in the S\&OP process and to be driven into Demand\+. Select algorithms for each product or product group to ensure most appropriate. Then generate a statistical baseline forecast. Recommend enriched demand plan for Commercial approval. Convert demand plan into a supply plan. Measurement and reporting of forecast accuracy, with a drive to continuously improve performance. Development of supply chain to supply chain relationships with strategic partner customers to develop collaborative forecasts. Support local site on SAE requirements. Engage with local site teams to understand process constraints to be worked into Supply Plans. Work with local site teams on a correct stock management process. Support the consolidation of Operations weekly and monthly reporting. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree such as ADE, Economics... and/or training in planner, supply chain or logistics. Minimum 2 years of experience in demand / production planning. Experience and strong knowledge of using statistical Forecasting Tools Excellence in Microsoft Applications Management of PowerBi and ERPs Ability to work both in Spanish and English
