Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced kitchen assistant for food preparation tasks and the preparation of sauces, broths, and salads in a hospitality establishment. Key Highlights: 1. Development of cooking skills In TOTANA (MURCIA), a kitchen assistant is sought for a hospitality establishment. Main responsibilities include peeling, washing, and cutting vegetables; cleaning meat and fish; and preparing sauces, broths, and salads. A minimum of six months' experience, basic culinary knowledge, and a food handling certificate are required. The contract is permanent, with a part-time schedule of 16 hours per week. Working hours are Saturdays and Sundays from 09:00 to 17:00, and the monthly gross remuneration is 600 euros.
