Job Summary: Tragsatec is seeking lifeguards to monitor, control, and assist users participating in aquatic activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and proper activity execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Surveillance and control of users during aquatic activities. 2. Ensuring compliance with facility regulations. 3. Guaranteeing the proper conduct of the activity. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 2 Lifeguards \- Diaz Flor Sports Complex in Ceuta. **Workplace** -------------------- * Ceuta **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Monitor, control, and assist any user of the activity requiring their services. * Never abandon the surveillance post under any circumstances, except when attending to an injured person. * Inform users of facility regulations and ensure compliance; where applicable, enforce rules related to scheduled or organized activities by the I.C.D. (e.g., wearing sportswear, mandatory swimming caps, lane-based user control, prohibiting entry for companions, etc.). * Report any incidents occurring during service to the coordinator. * Guarantee the proper conduct of the activity. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated through evaluation tests and/or by attaching required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process documentary evidence supporting information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Minimum required education: vocational training equivalent to first-level vocational education, completion of compulsory secondary education (Graduado Escolar), or a qualification specifically relevant to the assigned task (accredited in Spain or certified as equivalent by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Aquatic Lifeguard Certification (certificate must be attached). **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * From 1 day up to 3 years of experience in aquatic lifeguarding. * From 1 day up to 2 years of experience as an Instructor for aquatic activities. **Observations** ----------------- * Offer details: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 9 months, if applicable. + Rotating part-time schedule from Monday to Sunday (22 hours/week).
