AZZ Guadacorte Campo de Gibraltar, a \*\*\*\* hotel with 116 rooms, event rooms and gardens, is seeking a **Maître / Head Waiter** to join the restaurant and dining room team. In this role, you will be responsible for: * Leading, organizing and supervising all dining room services, including events, banquets, restaurant, terraces and pool bar. * Coordinating and leading the dining room team (waiters, assistants, dining room reception, etc.), ensuring service standards, internal training and excellence in customer service. * Managing reservations, coordinating with kitchen, logistics for event services. * Supervising shifts, maintaining quality, controlling dining room costs, preparing reports and submissions to Management. * Ensuring an optimal customer experience throughout the year, both for tourism and corporate clients and events. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3\-5 years of experience as a maître, head waiter or similar position, preferably in a 4\* hotel. * Excellent leadership and customer service skills. * Strong organizational, planning and problem anticipation abilities. * Knowledge of event management, service protocols and coordination with other hotel departments (kitchen, front desk, maintenance). * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays. * Professional appearance, proactive attitude and attention to detail.
