Collaborate in stable work and hippotherapy activities **Positions Available** ---------------------- 3 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 3 Equestrian Instructors \- Equestrian School (Ceuta) in Ceuta **Work Location** -------------------- * Ceuta **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Plan sessions for groups or individuals. * Adapt training programs to riders' skill levels. * Ensure that activities and training are conducted safely. * Conduct practical demonstrations. * Identify and correct issues in riders' equestrian techniques. * Manage equestrian clothing, equipment, and supplies. * Prepare riders for competitions appropriate to their level. * Handle administrative tasks such as bookings or budgeting. * Collaborate in stable operations. * Support and participate in hippotherapy activities. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements must be substantiated by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the process): * Official academic qualification or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment history record and/or employment contract verifying required professional experience. * Academic practice annexes verifying required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Required education shall be equivalent to a medium-level academic qualification, first-level vocational training, or a qualification specifically aligned with the duties to be performed (a qualification officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), or alternatively, demonstrate extensive sector-specific experience. #### **Additional Training** * Certified equestrian instructor training (Such training must be documented upon application submission) ### **Previous Experience** * At least 6 months of experience as an equestrian instructor (In case of possessing such experience, supporting documentation verifying compliance—e.g., Employment History Report and/or Certificate of Duties—must be provided) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Class B driving license. Attach proof upon registration. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Certified hippotherapy training \- (Such training must be documented upon application submission) ### **Previous Experience** * From 6 months up to 3 years performing duties as an equestrian school instructor. * From 3 months up to 1 year of experience in hippotherapy. **Observations** ----------------- * A fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months is offered, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 9 months, if applicable. + Part-time schedule from Monday to Sunday (between 17 and 25 hours).
