




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support the sociolaboral area, managing the integration and development of employees with functional diversity, coordinating resources, and designing and implementing activities and reports. Flexible working hours and partial telework We require a person to provide support in the sociolaboral area. Main responsibilities include accompanying and managing the integration, retention, and professional development of employees with functional diversity in their workplaces. This role also involves coordinating with various resources, both internal and external to the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for designing, planning, implementing, and evaluating diverse activities. These include leisure projects, training initiatives, and awareness-raising campaigns on key topics. Additionally, detailed reports and records of all implemented actions must be prepared. A university degree is preferred—ideally in Psychology or Social Work—along with proficiency in office software tools and a valid driver’s license. The position offers an indefinite full-time contract, flexible working hours, partial telework on Fridays, an intensive summer schedule, and the possibility of traveling to Melilla once per month.
