We are looking for a **senior profile** with solid technical experience in **Wintel** environments and **VMware** virtualization, combining operational capability with leadership in infrastructure projects—from analysis and design through to implementation and continuous improvement. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Actively participate in the full infrastructure project lifecycle: analysis, design, planning, and implementation. * Provide technical expertise to teams operating (run) virtualization and Wintel platform-related projects. * Lead and coordinate infrastructure projects, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and proposing action plans. * Design and document scalable, secure, and high-performance physical and virtual infrastructure architectures. * Serve as an internal expert consultant on Wintel environments and virtualization for strategic projects. * Propose and manage initiatives for infrastructure improvement, stabilization, and modernization. ***Technical Responsibilities*** * Administration, configuration, and maintenance of VMware vSphere environments. * Monitoring of virtualization platform performance and capacity. * Administration and support of Windows Server systems (2012 onwards). * Management of Microsoft services: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs. * Automation of tasks using PowerShell. * Development and maintenance of technical and operational documentation. * Knowledge of backup solutions, SAN/NAS storage, hardware, and networks. ***What We Offer*** * A stable, high-technology-value project within an industrial environment. * Hybrid work modality: 2 days per week on-site in Barcelona.
