Management of human teams and instruction of operators **Number of Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Technical Site Supervisor – Construction (Ceuta) in Ceuta. **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organize construction site activities according to instructions from the Site Manager, ensuring work quality and performance. * Collaborate in planning interventions, preparing budgets, and setting out. * Organize and coordinate human teams, instructing operators on specific tasks. * Schedule and validate activities carried out by collaborators and their teams, as well as receipt of materials and supplies on site, following instructions from the Site Manager. * Be responsible for machinery assigned to the site, confirming its receipt and reporting any incidents. * Supervise site execution through measurements, productivity calculations, and material control. * Comply with and ensure compliance with the Site Safety and Health Plan (PSS) for the intervention, as well as existing specifications regarding quality and environmental standards. * Draft and sign relevant work reports and immediately report any accidents or anomalies occurring on site. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated either through assessment tests and/or by attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the application questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process documentary evidence supporting information provided in the application, as well as to request additional information contained in the CV whenever necessary to verify the requirements and/or merits specified in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a Spanish FP II or CFGS qualification in Agriculture, Building and Civil Engineering, Electricity and Electronics, or Installation and Maintenance (qualification officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). #### **Additional Training** * Accredited training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL). ### **Previous Experience** * Minimum 1 year performing duties as a supervisor on forestry construction projects. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Class B driving license. **Merits (Assessable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Accredited Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training of at least 60 hours. * Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training for chainsaw and brushcutter operations (8 hours). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Willingness to travel. **Observations** ----------------- A fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months is offered, with possible extension if applicable, respecting the maximum duration limits established under current Spanish labor legislation for each contractual modality.
