




At Fanclima, we are looking to incorporate an Administrative Assistant with experience and solid knowledge of computer tools and accounting. If you are an organized, proactive person with attention to detail, we are looking for you! Main responsibilities: * Management, organization, and archiving of administrative documentation. * Daily use of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access). * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) management. * Support in general accounting and administrative tasks. * Communication and coordination with other internal departments. Essential requirements: * **Minimum 4 years’ experience** in a similar position. * Knowledge of PRL and AutoCAD is highly valued. * Fluent use of the Windows operating system and Office suite, especially: * Outlook (email and calendar management) * Word (document drafting and editing) * Excel (formulas, pivot tables, databases) * Access (database management) * Basic accounting knowledge. Desirable requirements: * Personal vehicle, as the workplace is not well served by public transport.
