We are looking for a passionate **Line Cook** who loves quality ingredients and cooking, eager to lead their station without drama and collaborate closely with a dynamic, stable team. At El Patio, we work in a beautiful environment where we care deeply about our ingredients, dish presentation, and our team. Depending on your profile and relocation needs, we can offer a room in a shared house in Tarifa until the end of the year. **What will you do with us?** * **Master your station:** hot line (meats, fish, rice dishes) * **Respect raw materials:** here, the ingredient is the absolute star. We treat every ingredient with the respect it deserves. We work exclusively with fresh fish. * **Be a team player:** collaborate hand-in-hand with Martín (Chef) and Lolo (Sous Chef) in an environment built on mutual support, high standards, and genuine growth. * **Ensure order and organization:** cleaning, HACCP compliance, and stock control.
