Job Summary: We are seeking a technician with experience in industrial refrigeration facility maintenance, logistics, and team supervision, with a focus on optimization and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure 2. Supervision and training of operational staff 3. Logistics management and inventory control We are looking for a technician experienced in facility maintenance, especially industrial refrigeration systems, and possessing logistical skills. The person will be responsible for carrying out both preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure, constantly seeking ways to optimize its performance. Responsibilities include supervising the entry and exit of products in refrigeration and freezing areas, ensuring proper placement and stock rotation. Additionally, the candidate must ensure compliance with all hygiene, order, and cleanliness regulations, manage inventory, and collaborate on stock control. Coordination with other departments is also essential to ensure smooth logistical flow, as well as supervision and training of an operational staff team. Commitment to environmental practices and adherence to occupational risk prevention protocols is expected. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday, with split working hours. * Minimum one year of experience in a role equal to or similar to the one described. * We seek a proactive and responsible individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Valid Class B driving license and personal vehicle required for commuting to the workplace. . * GM/GS qualification in refrigeration system maintenance or equivalent. \- Valid forklift operator certificate.
