Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect to prepare budgets, produce technical documentation, track submitted proposals, and interact with clients on construction projects. Full-time working hours We are looking for a Technical Architect in Gijón (Asturias) for a full-time indefinite-term contract. Main responsibilities will include preparing budgets and all necessary technical documentation, as well as tracking submitted proposals. Direct client interaction on construction sites currently under execution will also be required. Demonstrable experience is required, along with a degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering, and proficiency in Office, AutoCAD, Presto, and Cype. Familiarity with Photoshop and any ERP system will be considered a plus, as will possession of a valid driver's license. Working hours will be from 08:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00, with salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
