Job Description * Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance * Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving service standards and increasing revenue * Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high performance levels * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment * Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally * Support the creation and implementation of innovative menu concepts and promotional activities * Monitor and analyze financial performance, making recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements * Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations and guest satisfaction Requirements * 2\-3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting * Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team * Excellent problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills * Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service * Solid understanding of food and beverage industry trends * Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred * Food Safety Certification required * Fluency in English and Spanish language. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Additional Information * Attractive incentive plan. * Significant discounts on hotel services. * Discounts at Accor group hotels and partner companies.
