The Office Staff (Dishwasher) of the Meals Service is responsible for cleaning and maintaining tableware used during meal services, ensuring compliance with the hotel’s cleanliness standards. This role is essential to guaranteeing efficient, high-quality service, working closely with the kitchen team and other departments. **Dishwasher Responsibilities:** * Clean glassware, dishes, and utensils according to established procedures. * Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure effective and safe cleaning. * Inspect all items to confirm they are in perfect condition before storage. * Place cleaned glassware, dishes, and utensils in their designated locations. * Maintain organization in tableware storage areas. * Ensure company cleanliness standards are consistently met. * Conduct periodic inspections to verify that all areas are clean and orderly. * Always maintain a professional personal appearance, clean and well-groomed. * Act professionally and courteously in all interactions with colleagues and guests. * Follow assigned cleaning schedules, ensuring completion of all scheduled tasks. * Report any issues or maintenance needs in cleaning areas to the supervisor. * Keep a record of completed cleaning tasks. * Ensure the work area is prepared and organized prior to service commencement. * Clean and organize the work area at the end of each shift, leaving everything ready for the next service. * Verify that all equipment and utensils are in good working order and ready for use. * Ensure all tableware is available for upcoming meal services. * Immediately report any cleaning or maintenance issues. * Adhere to the hotel’s food hygiene and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a dishwasher. * Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations. * Team-oriented individual with strong communication skills. * Patient person capable of maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. * Excellent physical condition and stamina. * Spanish C1.
