Your responsibilities will focus on coordinating, supervising, and leading the gerocare team, ensuring compliance with all clinical protocols as well as an appropriate distribution of workload across shifts, thereby delivering safe, high-quality care to our residents. What are the **minimum requirements** to join the AMAVIR TEAM? You must have experience managing teams, a valid work permit, and hold one of the following official qualifications: * Vocational Training Certificate (FP) in Nursing Assistant Care. * Vocational Training Certificate (FP) in Socio-Healthcare Services. * Vocational Training Certificate (FP) in Care for Dependent Individuals. * Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare Services for Dependent Individuals in Social Institutions. And, of course, a big smile and enthusiasm for work! **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Working schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons.
