Job Summary: We are seeking a physiotherapist to develop and implement personalized treatments for residents, while informing and involving their families. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify problems and establish preventive and therapeutic treatment objectives 2. Apply individual or group physiotherapy techniques 3. Periodically review and record residents' functional status Foundation located in Alella seeks a physiotherapist with experience in residential care facilities (preferred). Degree in Physiotherapy required. Offers an indefinite-term full-time contract, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00. Gross monthly salary: €1,455. Physiotherapy assessment upon admission. Identify problems, establish objectives, and define physiotherapy treatment in preventive, maintenance, and therapeutic aspects. Inform and involve the resident and their family members regarding treatment goals, considering their capabilities and needs. Apply appropriate physiotherapy treatments and techniques individually or in groups. Periodically review residents' functional status, evaluate achieved objectives and applied treatments, and document them. Prepare requested physiotherapy reports and record attendance of each person treated. * Degree in Physiotherapy * Competencies / Knowledge: Experience in residential care facilities preferred. Empathy, creativity, observational and analytical ability, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary: 1455 * Additional information: Working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00.
