Personnel assigned to this role must perform assembly on the production line, ensuring each component meets the required quality standards to achieve a well-finished final product. This task requires constant attention to industrial processes to ensure daily workflow efficiency, always collaborating with other team members in accordance with plant layout and order. Manual dexterity and strong motivation to improve processes on a daily basis are required. Activities include using simple tools, inspecting parts, and adhering to safety regulations. It is essential to maintain a steady pace and take responsibility for workplace order. This is a full-time position within a team dedicated to metallurgy. Performance demands dynamism and adaptability to an industrial environment where safety and proper material handling are top priorities, ensuring all tasks are carried out according to planning and the plant’s operational requirements. Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial environments, preferably in the metal sector. Compulsory secondary education, primary education, or intermediate vocational training.
