We are seeking an experienced **FORMWORK FOREMAN/SUPERVISOR** to join our team at the concrete prefabrication plant. Your main responsibility will be to ensure compliance with the production, quality, and safety standards established by the plant manager. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** Among other duties, the main ones include: * Supervise production, manage and coordinate your team * Plan and schedule tasks according to delivery deadlines, ensuring compliance with established quality standards. * Ensure compliance with regulations regarding safety, occupational health, and the environment. * Supervisor in the construction area with experience in various tasks: cutting and bending rebar, preparation, placement, and repair of molds, and experience in rebar reinforcement. **Requirements** -------------- We are looking for a professional who meets the following requirements: * Immediate availability. * Full-time working hours. * Previous experience in supervisory or management roles. * Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety and health regulations, etc. * Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes in production demands. * Specific training in Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) will be valued. * Competitive salary commensurate with the candidate's experience and abilities. * Own vehicle required (no public transportation access). * Opportunities for professional development in a leading company in the sector. * Strong interpersonal communication skills and teamwork ability. * **Location:** Vila\-rodona (Spain) * **Contract Type:** Temporary * **Working Hours:** Full-time * **Sector:** Construction and architecture * **Vacancies:** 1 * **Work Mode:** On-site
