But also: * Hold at least a bachelor’s or master’s degree. * Have 3–5 years’ experience in payroll; however, junior profiles are also encouraged to apply. * Have a strong interest in HR policy in general, and specifically in remuneration, payroll, and social legislation. * Possess a passion for SMEs and the ability to translate HR topics simply and effectively into practice for your clients. * Feel connected to the world of entrepreneurs. * Are eager to learn, strongly client-oriented, and meticulous in your work. * Contribute to our team spirit with a healthy dose of humor and flair. **What tasks can you expect?** * Building trust-based relationships with your client contacts, primarily via telephone communication. * Managing, calculating, and verifying salaries for your clients. * Guiding and advising your clients on using their ICT packages for payroll and employment administration. * Advising your clients on questions related to employing their staff. * Knowing SD Worx’s offerings and customizing them to meet your clients’ needs—and presenting them accordingly. * Building knowledge and experience across various payroll and social legislation domains. * Based on your talents and interests/ambitions, you will have the opportunity to independently offer and/or deliver certain services.
