Job Summary: We are seeking a designer for the design and development of components, subassemblies, and equipment in the industrial sector, collaborating with production and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and development of components, subassemblies, and equipment. 2. Coordination with production for the industrialization of designs. 3. Collaboration in the continuous improvement of design processes and standards. Design and develop components, subassemblies, and equipment according to technical specifications and project requirements. Prepare drawings, 3D models, bills of materials, and associated technical documentation. Specify appropriate materials, commercial components, and construction solutions for each project. Implement design modifications and improvements aimed at optimizing costs, manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance. Coordinate\-with production and assembly teams to ensure proper industrialization of designs. Manage technical reviews, engineering changes, and documentation updates. Provide technical support to production, quality, procurement, and technical service departments. Participate in testing, validation, and resolution of technical issues. Ensure compliance with technical regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements. Collaborate in the continuous improvement of design processes and standards. * Experience: 3 years. 3\-5 years * Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field * Catalan (spoken Intermediate, written Intermediate) * Spanish (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Proficiency in design software (preferably SolidWorks). Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation. Knowledge of manufacturing processes. Knowledge of mechanical materials and components. Knowledge of technical regulations and certifications is desirable. * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Intensive work schedule * Gross monthly salary from '2500' to '3300' * Other relevant information: Intensive morning schedule (one afternoon shift every two weeks until 17\) Company-funded continuous training Flexible days off Flexibility Personal vehicle is mandatory to reach the facilities
