Currently, the foundation is seeking a social sector professional to join its Pathways Team at the BarcelonActua Foundation, where we work towards the inclusion and development of young migrants. The selected candidate will work cross-functionally, delivering services across various foundation programs and collaborating closely with other pathway team technicians, reporting directly to the Training Coordinator and maintaining continuous coordination with other departments within the organization. It is essential to possess strong knowledge of local organizations and resources to maximize opportunities for those supported. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure effective delivery of the foundation’s language activities—both group and individual classes—by supporting course planning for Spanish and Catalan (A1, A2, and B1\), managing available teaching materials, administering level assessments, and tracking student progress. * Research language, digital skills, and vocational training courses; manage pre-registrations; track participants; and coordinate with partner organizations (CFAs, social entities, private centers) and young people. * Develop and implement internal initiatives promoting language learning among hosted youth. * Monitor vocational training scholarships. * Oversee selection, initial and ongoing training, and follow-up of volunteers supporting young people’s vocational training pathways. * Support educators in providing vocational guidance to accompanied youth and monitoring their vocational pathways. **Profile:** **Minimum Requirements:** * University degree in Pedagogy, Social Education, or related disciplines * Experience working with migrants * Experience mentoring volunteers * Knowledge of vocational training resources for migrants in the region * Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish **Competencies:** Problem Analysis and Resolution, Initiative and Autonomy, Optimism and Enthusiasm, Ability to Lead Initiatives, Organization and Planning, Technical and Personal Reliability, Interpersonal Communication, Teamwork, Negotiation Skills **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** Indefinite **Salary:** Between 24\.001 and 30\.000 € gross/year **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's Degree **Minimum Experience:** At least 2 years **Start Date:** 08/06/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
