It is one of the leading hotel chains in our country, currently operating 80 establishments across more than 20 different destinations and actively expanding. Catalonia Hotels \& Resorts is seeking a 2nd KITCHEN MANAGER to join the kitchen team at one of our hotels in central BARCELONA. The main responsibilities are as follows: \- Perform Kitchen Manager duties in the absence of the Head Chef. \- Coordinate the kitchen station or section under their responsibility. \- Support, monitor, and implement directives from the Kitchen Manager. \- Prepare dishes and supervise their finishing and presentation. \- Supervise cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area assigned to their station, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in perfect condition. \- Coordinate the work of staff under their supervision, allocating tasks according to workload. \- Assist in training staff under their supervision. \- Participate in inventory control, preservation, and storage of goods. ### **Requirements** \- Professional culinary education. \- Experience in gourmet restaurants. \- Proactivity, dynamism, leadership. \- Willingness to reside abroad. \- Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, results-oriented. ### **Offered** \- Join a leading company in the sector. \- Competitive salary. \- Real growth opportunities. **HOSPITALITY CONNECTION BARCELONA SL** --------------------------------------- * Barcelona * Human Resources
