We strategically integrate data analytics, real data with meaning and context, leveraging information to identify patterns, anticipate needs, prioritize actions, and guide key decisions—creating knowledge. This will prepare you to communicate clearly across all organizational levels. Qualifications: Are You Who We’re Looking For? * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Data Science, with analytical thinking, proactivity, and self-learning ability. * Knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence, including descriptive analytics, data handling and preparation, LLM models, and statistical methods to identify patterns and support evidence-based decisions. * Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights, collaborate across departments, and adapt to dynamic environments. * Availability to work between 4 and 6 hours daily (Monday to Friday), with morning availability; schedule is flexible—you may start anytime between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. * Ability to sign a training agreement with your university or educational institution for a period of 6 months. * Availability to start in May. * Extroversion and eagerness to learn. * High level of English proficiency.
