**Workshop Manager** ==================== At **Grup Lesseps**, a leading group in the automotive sector and official dealer for **SEAT and CUPRA**, we consistently commit to quality, efficiency, and excellence in customer service. We are seeking a **Workshop Manager** for our **Martorell** center, with the ability to lead teams and optimize after-sales operations. ### **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the workshop’s daily operations, ensuring productivity, service quality, process compliance, and customer satisfaction, while guaranteeing efficient management of the team and available resources. **Key responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Organizing and supervising daily workshop activities. * Managing, coordinating, and leading the technical team. * Planning workloads and assigning repairs. * Monitoring productivity, efficiency, and goal achievement. * Quality control of performed interventions. * Supervising compliance with manufacturer procedures and standards. * Coordinating with reception, service advisors, and after-sales departments. * Managing technical incidents and supporting the team on complex repairs. * Tracking area KPIs: productivity, turnaround times, profitability, customer satisfaction, etc. * Supervising proper use of tools, facilities, and equipment. * Driving continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. * Training, mentoring, and developing the technical team. **Profile:** ----------- * Essential requirements * Prior experience as a **Workshop Manager, Workshop Supervisor, or After-Sales Manager** in the automotive industry. * Experience managing technical teams. * Knowledge of mechanical and/or bodywork workshop processes. * Strong organizational skills and leadership capability. * Results-oriented mindset, focused on productivity and service quality. * Experience working with performance indicators (KPIs). * Proficiency with computer tools and management software. * Valid driver's license (Category B). ### **Additional assets (preferred but not mandatory)** * Previous experience at **official dealerships**. * Familiarity with **SEAT / CUPRA or VAG Group** processes and standards. * Technical training in automotive engineering or after-sales management. * Experience optimizing processes and improving profitability. * Leadership-oriented profile, with strong team motivation and customer service focus. **What we offer:** --------------------- * Stable integration into an established and growing company within the automotive sector. * **Indefinite-term contract**. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and job responsibilities. * Incentive-based or variable compensation system tied to objectives (if applicable). * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * Autonomous, responsible role with decision-making authority. * Real opportunities for career growth within the group. * Integration into a dynamic team and a well-established professional environment. ### **We want to meet you** We seek a candidate with leadership capacity, operational vision, and results orientation—someone able to drive workshop performance and contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience. **Join Grup Lesseps and lead our workshop at the Martorell center.**
