We seek a technically capable, motivated candidate eager to grow within large-scale national and international industrial projects. We seek a technical, solution-oriented profile with solid industrial experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Support and coordinate plant mechanical maintenance activities * Monitor technical execution, quality, deadlines, and equipment performance * Plan resources, personnel, materials, and logistics * Coordinate internal staff and subcontractors * Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures * Prepare reports, daily logs, and final documentation related to plant maintenance **Requirements** * Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, or Higher Vocational Training in Metallic Structures * Proficiency in IT tools and technical software (MS Project, Office, AutoCAD) * Demonstrable experience in roles of similar responsibility * Desirable: Knowledge of other CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Plant 3D, PDMS, etc.) * Desirable: Minimum 2 years of experience in the industrial sector * Organizational skills, technical leadership, and ability to make decisions under pressure * **Immediate availability** **We Offer** * Immediate integration into the position * Opportunity for professional growth within a sector-leading company * Technical, dynamic, and collaborative working environment ***If your profile matches, we would be delighted to consider your application for this project.***
