PROJECTS EDUCATION TECHNICIAN AND INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

Summary: Development of peace education projects in the Mediterranean region, covering all stages from identification to justification. Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of peace education projects. 2. Participation in Erasmus+ KA2 projects. 3. Proactive search for funding and awareness-raising activities. Technical development of peace education projects focused on Mediterranean countries. Qualifications: POLITICAL SCIENCE AND INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS and/or SOCIOLOGY and/or SOCIAL AND CULTURAL ANTHROPOLOGY and/or equivalent degrees. Technical project development: identification, formulation, monitoring, implementation, and justification of peace education projects focused on Mediterranean countries. Erasmus\+ KA2 project cycle (technical dimension): identification, formulation, monitoring, implementation, and justification of KA2 projects. Proactive search for new project funding sources (local, Catalan, national, and European levels). Planning and execution of local-level peace education activities (training courses and programs, awareness events, campaigns, etc.) and Erasmus\+ project activities (both locally and internationally). Participation in the international working group of SCI Midi Working Group on the Mediterranean. Representation of the organization at local and international meetings. General support for the organization's activities. * 12 months' experience. Knowledge of social sciences, international relations, and peace culture. Knowledge and/or experience in all phases of the peace education project cycle. Erasmus\+ – Familiarity with the EGiBDH and Theory of Change. Experience in non-formal education, group facilitation and animation. Experience in the field of international volunteering. Experience and knowledge of the Catalan associative network. Availability for travel. Preferred qualifications: Studies and/or experience in social sciences; specific training in gender perspective and/or feminism; specific training in anti-racist and/or decolonial perspectives; specific training in ecological perspective; knowledge of the sociopolitical context of the Mediterranean region. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * English (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1966 * Additional relevant information: 35-hour weekly work schedule (from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.)
