You will work on residential, commercial, and office projects, accompanying clients from the conceptualization of the design through to the final execution of the construction, meticulously attending to every detail to create functional, exclusive, and high-quality spaces. The company offers an integrated service covering design, project management, and renovation execution. What will your responsibilities be? * Interior design and development of interior design projects. * Creation of creative and functional proposals tailored to each client. * Design of spatial layouts, furniture, and decorative solutions. * Preparation of technical drawings, renderings, and presentations. * Selection of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture. * Preparation of budgets and measurements. * Technical and aesthetic advice to clients. * Coordination with architects, site managers, and suppliers. * Monitoring of execution to ensure the project proceeds according to the original design. * Control of timelines, quality, and final finishes. * Identification of emerging trends in interior design and design. Requirements * Education in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field. * Prior experience in interior design, renovation, or retail projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D Studio, Lumion, V\-Ray, or similar modeling and rendering software. * Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign. * Ability to interpret technical drawings. * Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail. * Communication skills and client-facing abilities. * Organized, creative, and solution-oriented individual. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in comprehensive residential and commercial premises renovations. * Knowledge of measurements and budgeting. * Experience coordinating project execution. * Proficiency in BIM methodology. * English language proficiency.
