Due to a surge in demand and the need to cover a medical leave, we are looking to hire a highly professional **Carpenter / Door Installer**. We seek a serious, formal, and detail-oriented individual who understands that they will be handling top-security products in our customers’ homes; thus, professional appearance and excellence in personal interaction are essential. We offer two collaboration models tailored to your professional situation: **Employment Contract (salaried)** or **Freelance Collaboration**. **What will your main responsibilities be?** * Installation and assembly of high-security doors in private residences. * Adjustment, leveling, and finishing of carpentry work to achieve perfect results. * Direct interaction with end customers, delivering courteous, clean, and professional service. * Handling urgent technical service calls (in the salaried model). **What qualifications are we seeking?** * **Experience:** Minimum verifiable experience as a carpenter and/or door installer (prior experience with armored, bulletproof, or security doors is highly valued). * **Skills:** Technical ability to resolve on-site installation issues, meticulousness, and attention to detail. * **Personal Profile:** A serious, trustworthy, formal individual with excellent presence. * **Languages:** Fluent Spanish is mandatory. Catalan proficiency is highly valued. **What do we offer?** **OFFER A: If you seek salaried employment (permanent staff)** * **Contract:** Initially temporary (to cover a medical leave), but with **real potential for permanent incorporation**, based on your professional development and merit. * **Stable schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00. * **Additional income:** Paid on-call technical support shifts (may significantly increase monthly earnings depending on volume). * **Resources:** The company provides all necessary tools, materials, and a vehicle for your work. **OFFER B: If you are a Freelance Professional** * **Workload:** We currently have a high volume of guaranteed installations (ideal for fully booking your schedule from day one). * **Flexibility:** Daily job assignments within Monday-to-Friday working hours. * **Logistics:** Having your own vehicle is preferred but not mandatory.
