Collaborate with departments to ensure rapid and effective resolution. Company based in Mataró seeks a CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT. Permanent contract. Full-time position. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–17:00; Friday, 08:00–15:00. Monthly gross salary: €2000 / 14 payments. Spanish and Portuguese are mandatory; English is desirable. \- Provide customer assistance and support via multiple channels (telephone, email, online chat). \- Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently, professionally, and solution-oriented. \- Maintain a high satisfaction level through clear, empathetic, and effective communication. \- Record and manage incidents and requests in the CRM system. \- Collaborate with other departments to ensure rapid and effective resolution. \- Provide accurate information about products and services. \- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and propose innovative solutions * Spanish (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * English (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Portuguese (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Customer orientation: Focus on exceeding expectations and creating positive experiences. \- Teamwork: Active collaboration with colleagues and other departments. \- Time management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. \- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel preferred). \- Experience with ERP systems / Salesforce. \- SAP (mandatory requirement). * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: €2000 * Additional relevant information: Working hours Monday to Thursday, 8:00–17:00; Friday, 08:00–15:00.
