YOUR ROLE Our Contract Logistics team has an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to manage implementation project development from a functional or technical perspective. This critical role will enable you to manage onboarding of new clients, relocation of operations, facility construction, optimization of existing operations, or strategic internal projects—following CEVA’s Project Management Methodology. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Manage or oversee the development and alignment of implementation projects at global, regional, and national levels—including communications, reporting, and steering committee agendas—as well as coordinate client meetings to report on project progress. Establish and maintain client communication to agree upon and document project scope, its changes, and assess and resolve any implications regarding timelines, resources, risks, operations, or budget. Manage the project in accordance with agreed budgets—including implementation, capital investments, and operational management. Define, report, and resolve all budget-related issues until resolution. Support the Business Development department in tracking opportunities and act per company guidelines to enhance and protect the company’s and its executives’ reputation. Drive effective business sales through accurate forecasting, detailed planning, and precise execution of the project via written documentation and internal/client presentations. Manage client expectations by facilitating communication and ensuring fulfillment of their requirements while respecting financial aspects, and establish critical performance metrics; communicate project progress, issues, and escalations, and facilitate resolutions when necessary. Review and implement best practices to optimize delivery and application of project deliverables and solutions—including milestones, approaches, delivery, feedback, and measurement. Identify, document, and monitor project-related risks and issues, and implement effective mitigations and actions to minimize their potential impact. Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of personnel and resources to meet client commitments and achieve the highest quality standards; interact with and assist in resolving needs or concerns. Collaborate with involved departments (Procurement, Finance, IT, HSQE, etc.) and ensure effective communication. Implement corporate tools and systems, ensure compliance with CEVA policies regarding use of corporate systems and applications, and guarantee staff training and commitment to their usage. Manage implementation and interpretation of policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards; seek legal advice and interpretation when required. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? **To succeed in your application, you must have:** **Education and Experience:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organization Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration; a Master’s or MBA related to PMO is preferred. More than 5 years of experience in similar roles within logistics operators or operational consulting. Fluent English proficiency. **Technical Knowledge:** Proven experience implementing projects within logistics operators. Experience in financial and resource management (P\&L, balance sheets, forecasts, budgets, allocations). Leadership of formal and informal teams and personnel. **Competencies / Soft Skills:** Analytical and systemic thinking to understand logistical interdependencies.
