We are seeking a **Head of Technical Office** to collaborate with us on the construction project of a Data Center in Vicálvaro, Madrid. If you have experience in end-to-end technical office management, coordination of CSA and MEP disciplines, and technical responsibility for building or infrastructure projects, we want to meet you! **Your responsibilities:** -------------------------- * Lead and coordinate the technical office department for the entire Data Center project. * Serve as the ultimate authority for project engineering, ensuring technical quality and compliance with design specifications. * Manage and directly supervise the Technical Office Heads for **CSA** (Structure, Architecture, and Finishes) and **MEP** (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), as well as the rest of the technical team. * Oversee the review, validation, and integration of execution drawings, workshop drawings, construction details, and technical solutions. * Coordinate the flow of technical information among the technical office, site management, client, and subcontractors. **Requirements:** --------------- * University-level technical education: Engineering (Industrial, Civil, etc.), Architecture, or Technical Architecture / Bachelor’s Degree in Construction. * Prior experience managing technical offices in construction projects (experience in Data Centers, industrial plants, or projects with high MEP requirements will be especially valued). * Comprehensive knowledge and holistic understanding of both **CSA** (Structure, Architecture, and Finishes) and **MEP** (Electrical, Mechanical, and HVAC systems). * Leadership ability, capacity to organize technical teams, and a practical approach to resolving construction issues. **What we offer:** ---------------------- * **Stability:** Employment contract within a solid work environment with long-term projects. * **Continuous training:** Tailored training programs aligned with your role and professional development. * **Flexible compensation:** Includes transport allowance, meal vouchers, private health insurance, childcare support, and training. * **Pension plan:** In accordance with the Spanish Construction Collective Bargaining Agreement. * **Join Aldesa** At Aldesa, you won’t just find a job—you’ll find a place to grow.
