Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Administrator with experience in Windows, Linux, and virtualization systems for a stable project within a public-sector organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Review and implement security measures on servers and services. 2. Respond to security alerts and analyze vulnerabilities. 3. Harden systems and networks following official guidelines and best practices. About the Security Administrator Position Some systems simply cannot go down. Period. At PROCESIA, we are looking for the person who will help ensure that doesn’t happen — a **Security Administrator** with real-world experience in Windows, Linux, and virtualized environments, for a stable project within a national public-sector organization. **So, what will you do?** *No endless PowerPoint presentations:* * Review and implement security measures on servers and services. * Respond to security alerts, distinguish noise from critical issues, and take action. * Analyze vulnerabilities, prioritize remediation efforts, and coordinate corrective actions. * Harden systems and networks following official guidelines and best practices. * Help ensure day-to-day compliance with ENS requirements (medium level). This is a hands-on, keyboard-in-hand role — monitoring events and making decisions. Take note: **we require** that you bring * A degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering. * At least 3 years of hands-on security experience with **Windows, Linux, and virtualization**. * Experience monitoring security events and **incidents** in SOC-like environments. * Proficiency with security tools (antimalware/EDR, monitoring, event correlation, etc.). * Practical knowledge of system hardening and vulnerability management. We’ll especially value if you have: * Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, CySA\+, etc.). * Experience with ENS or other security governance frameworks. * A strong inclination to document your work thoroughly and clearly communicate risks. What We Offer (truly, no smoke and mirrors) * **Permanent contract** and **full-time position**. * A stable, long-term project within the public sector. * **Flexible working hours**. * English classes, training, and support for certifications provided by the company. * **Health insurance with no co-payments**. * Competitive salary. * An accessible team, close leadership, and participation in decision-making within your area (Management 3\.0 approach). We won’t claim to be leaders just for the sake of it. We value teams where asking questions, disagreeing, and proposing ideas is encouraged — a place where cybersecurity is discussed, but so are life, work-life balance, and how to collaborate more effectively.
