We seek individuals passionate about exploring, experimenting, and building with AI—capable of transforming models into real systems that deliver value to millions of users. ##### **What You’ll Do:** * Build scalable products with Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous AI agents. * Conduct applied technical exploration to prototype and innovate practical solutions. * Develop and maintain our AI-based services, ensuring optimal integration and performance. * Design and develop agentic architectures applied to real-world products. * Build intelligent tools and workflows that connect models with the product. * Collaborate with product, UX, data, and engineering teams to create AI-powered experiences. * Help foster an AI innovation culture within the team. ##### **What You Bring:** We’re looking for someone with strong technical judgment, a builder mindset, and the drive to turn AI’s potential into robust, useful, production-ready systems—someone who enjoys exploring but also knows how to ground ideas, prioritize effectively, and build with quality. **Must-Have:** * Solid software development experience (Python, TypeScript or similar). * Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI API) and AI agents. * Practical mindset: prioritization, testing, and end\-to\-end feature ownership. **Nice-to-Have Experience:** * Experience with tool\-calling, RAG, or autonomous agents. * Development of internal platforms or scalable APIs. * Collaboration in agile teams (Git, Jira). **Nice to Have:** * Ability to deploy systems into production (Docker, AWS/GCP, CI/CD). * Publications, open\-source contributions, or AI hackathons. * Knowledge of model optimization (quantization, distillation). ##### **What We Offer:** * If you enjoy researching the AI landscape, designing autonomous agents, connecting models with real tools, and solving complex problems, this is your ideal role to innovate and grow professionally. * You’ll see the direct impact of your work on one of the leading platforms in Spain, Italy, and Portugal.
