Functional Analyst

We are seeking a **Functional Analyst** to join our team in Madrid in a hybrid work environment. The selected candidate will participate in the management and evolution of information systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements, analyze functional needs, and ensure the proper execution of initiatives. Therefore, we promote an environment where every professional can develop, contribute new ideas, and participate in regionally and globally impactful projects. **Responsibilities** * Conduct functional analysis for new requirements and enhancements * Prepare functional documentation and requirement definitions * Manage the full lifecycle of requests and incidents * Assess and estimate effort associated with enhancement developments * Coordinate assigned Microdemand lanes * Collaborate with technical teams to ensure correct implementation of solutions **Requirements** * Demonstrable experience as a Functional Analyst * Minimum 2 years of experience in information systems for Housing or Regional Transport sectors within the last 10 years * Solid knowledge of functional analysis * Experience in drafting functional requirements * Experience in evolutionary and corrective maintenance of applications **Nice to have** * Knowledge of the following technologies: Java, Spring, Angular, TypeScript, and React * Knowledge of REST APIs * Knowledge of microservice architectures * Knowledge of Kafka * Knowledge of WSO2 * Knowledge of Appian * Knowledge of ATLANTIX * Angular certification * TypeScript certification * Appian certification * Generative AI certification * GitHub Copilot certification **We offer** * • Indefinite-term contract with competitive salary• Flexible work arrangement and possibility of remote work• Personalized career plan and continuous training• Participation in stable projects with a strong technical component• Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance• Social benefits tailored to your needs
