Experience working with minors at risk of social exclusion is required. The aim is to cover shifts (morning/afternoon or night) on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays as needed. All weekends of the month will be worked. Contract: Permanent Immediate incorporation 70% working hours with potential for increase. Position offers opportunities for internal promotion. **Functions:** * Assist in implementing the educational program of the center and individual programs for minors or young people, under the supervision of educators and in coordination with the rest of the educational team, performing auxiliary, complementary, and supportive tasks. * Carry out observation duties, recording shift incidents through established channels. * Provide basic care and ensure the physical and psychological integration of minors and young people, as do other staff members of the center or program. * Prepare and complete all necessary documentation according to assigned functions and participate in developing specific projects based on the needs of minors and center or program activities. * Accompany minors during transfers, outings, errands, medical appointments, walks, excursions, and leisure and free-time activities in general. **Profile:** Degree in Social Education. Immediate availability. At least two years of experience in centers or homes working with minors at risk of social exclusion. Residence in Madrid.
