At El Corte Inglés, our work is a shared passion.** **The project awaiting you.** You will join as a Senior Process Engineer, assuming a key role in optimizing and transforming end\-to\-end processes within the organization. Your mission will be to drive improvements in operational efficiency and decision-making by leveraging advanced process mining, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. You will serve as a process observability subject-matter expert, actively participating in transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives within a cross-functional and highly analytical environment. **Main Responsibilities and Requirements.** **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement the corporate process control tower, integrating various organizational domains * Define and monitor operational KPIs aligned with improvement objectives * Design digital twins of processes based on real execution data (end\-to\-end) * Connect and analyze key processes such as order\-to\-cash, procure\-to\-pay, plan\-to\-deliver, or hire\-to\-retire * Implement process mining best practices across the organization * Support business teams in designing and utilizing process mining tools **Requirements:** * University degree in Engineering (MBA or postgraduate degree in strategy or business is a plus) * Minimum 5 years of experience in analyzing, optimizing, and improving operational processes * Experience in end\-to\-end process improvement projects (retail experience is a plus) * Knowledge of Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies * Proficiency with process mining tools (Celonis, Palantir, etc.) * Familiarity with query languages such as PQL and SQL * Experience in process modeling (BPMN, Visio, Bizagi, or similar) * Knowledge of process automation (RPA, Power Automate, Blue Prism, etc.) * Advanced knowledge of applying artificial intelligence for process prediction, simulation, and optimization * Strong analytical ability, critical thinking, and results orientation * Communication skills to translate technical concepts into business terms and collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams **We offer a variety of social benefits that contribute to your well-being.** * Exclusive discounts and financing options. * Life insurance. * Corporate University. * Continuous training for professional development. * Educational assistance for employees' children. * In-house medical services. * Flexible compensation plan. **If this position interests you, we invite you to apply—your experience could be highly valuable to us.
