Monitoring Technician

**Description:** ---------------- We are seeking **Monitoring Technicians** with experience in observability tools, automation, and synthetic monitoring to join a stable project. The selected candidate will participate in the implementation, administration, and evolution of monitoring platforms, as well as in developing automations, dashboards, and reports to ensure service availability and performance. **Responsibilities** * Develop synthetic monitoring scripts and automated tests using Selenium. * Implement, administer, and maintain observability and monitoring solutions with Pandora FMS, Dynatrace, ELK, and Grafana. * Integrate and correlate data from various monitoring tools and other information sources. * Design and develop dashboards, alerts, and custom integrations for visualizing and analyzing metrics, logs, and test results. * Automate data collection and analysis, as well as test execution and report generation. * Analyze results to detect incidents, optimize performance, and improve user experience. * Integrate data from multiple sources to facilitate impact analysis, especially during critical incidents. * Perform operational maintenance of Pandora FMS, Selenium, and Grafana platforms. * Prepare reports for the Control Center portal. * Develop reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI. **Education** * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Computer Science or equivalent qualification in related disciplines. **Experience** * 3–5 years of experience in similar roles. **Technical Skills** * Selenium. * Pandora FMS. * Dynatrace. * ELK Stack. * Grafana. * Power BI and Microsoft Excel. * Scripting in Unix/Linux environments. * PowerShell. * SQL queries. **Conditions** * Permanent contract with Infortec Consultores. * Stable project. * Integration into a specialized team focused on monitoring and observability. * Working hours Monday to Friday, morning shift. * 100% on-site mode in Madrid (Legazpi). * Permanent contract with Infortec Consultores
