What will be your responsibilities? * You will serve as the main point of contact between clients and the nearshore QA team, facilitating work based on the information and requirements communicated. * You will ensure the quality of specified tests, guaranteeing adequate coverage of key product functionalities. * You will define and evolve the testing strategy to be applied. * You will train and advise the client on defined testing methodologies and processes. * You will report project progress and potential blockers to the client during periodic follow-up meetings. * You will jointly identify, propose, and prioritize improvement opportunities with the client. **What are we looking for in you?** Required experience: * At least 3 \- 5 years of experience in a similar role. * Experience leading QA Assessment projects and defining roadmaps. * Experience in defining, implementing, and governing QA strategies and methodologies, or participation in technical quality offices. * Experience in manual, automated, and performance testing. * Experience in test automation using frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.). * Experience in API Testing (Postman, Newman, SoapUI, RestAssured, etc.). * Experience with test management tools (ALM, Octane, Xray, Zephyr, Testlink, etc.). * Experience with version control tools (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket). * Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub Actions...). * Experience working in Agile environments. * Experience integrating AI into testing projects. Other knowledge: * Knowledge of Gherkin. * General knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps. * Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). * ISTQB, PMP, or equivalent certifications are a plus. Soft skills: * Experience leading teams of 2 to 10 people. * Mentoring and training capability. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proactivity, autonomy, and accountability. * Excellent time and priority management. * Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Where would we like you to be located for this position? In line with our culture, we would prefer that you be located in cities where we have offices and can count on your presence, such as Madrid, Gijón, Barcelona, Vitoria, A Coruña, Valencia, or Seville. The work modality will be hybrid, with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote. What can we offer you? Indefinite-term contract Salary agreed upon, tailored to your experience and expectations.
