We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in the Energy sector to lead transformation and functional evolution initiatives within one of the following business domains:
* Sales
* Customer Service
* Contracting
**What will be your role?**

The person will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing business relationships, and ensuring the proper execution of strategic projects, guaranteeing alignment between business objectives and implemented technological solutions.
**Responsibilities**
* Lead end\-to\-end projects within the Sales, Customer Service, or Contracting domains.
* Manage project planning, scope, budget, risks, and dependencies.
* Coordinate functional, technical, and vendor teams.
* Supervise analysis, design, testing, deployment, and go-live support activities.
* Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and defined objectives.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
* Prepare executive reporting and monitor KPIs.
**Your profile**

**Must Have Skills**
* Project Management.
* Proven experience in the Energy sector.
* Functional experience in at least one of the following areas:
+ Sales.
+ Customer Service.
+ Contracting.
* Experience implementing, evolving, or maintaining CRM platforms.
* Stakeholder and multidisciplinary team management.
* Functional analysis and requirements definition.
* Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
* Anthropic Claude.
* Spec Driven Development (SDD).
**Nice to Have Skills**
* Salesforce.
* Microsoft Dynamics 365\.
* SAP CRM / SAP CX.
* Knowledge of B2B and B2C energy sector processes.
* Change management.
* PMP, Prince2, or Scrum certification.
**Required Experience**
* Over 10 years of project management experience.
* Over 5 years of experience in Energy sector projects.
* Proven experience in at least one of the required functional domains (Sales, Customer Service, or Contracting).
* Proven experience in CRM environments.
