We are looking for a professional with sufficient experience and autonomy to carry out standard fabrication and installation tasks for metalwork, interpret technical drawings, and make technical decisions within their scope of work. This is a company specializing in the fabrication and installation of metalwork solutions, structural metalwork, and metal carpentry for industrial, commercial, and residential projects. **Job Responsibilities** * Interpret manufacturing and installation drawings, sketches, and technical documentation. * Organize and plan one's own work, coordinating assistants and less-experienced technicians when necessary. * Independently fabricate and install any elements inherent to the company’s activities. * Perform cutting, machining, forming, assembly, welding, and fitting tasks to a high-quality standard. * Resolve technical issues arising during fabrication or installation by proposing appropriate solutions. * Verify the quality of completed work prior to delivery. * Safely and skillfully operate machinery, tools, and work equipment. * Ensure compliance with work procedures and occupational safety regulations. * Transfer technical knowledge and best practices to newly hired staff. * Represent the company appropriately on construction sites, maintaining a professional attitude toward clients and other trades. Requirements * Vocational Training in Mechanical Manufacturing, Welding and Boilermaking, or equivalent. * Occupational Risk Prevention Training for the Metal Sector (60 hours). * Prior experience as a Second-Class Technician or in similar positions. * Knowledge of drawing interpretation and manufacturing processes. * Proficiency in using welding equipment and job-specific tools.
