You will assist in implementing continuous improvement, overseeing the established methodology for managing cross\-functional projects across all business areas. **How can you CONTRIBUTE and GROW with us?** By supporting our Operations department, where your analytical skills will help optimize the company's critical processes. Currently, we are seeking to onboard an Intern for our Operations department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands\-on experience in a multinational environment, where your analytical support will directly contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations. **Your key challenges:** The selected candidate will join the team to carry out the following responsibilities: **Support for the Continuous Improvement (Lean) initiative:** Documenting progress and supporting daily reporting for the initiative. **Process Management:** Analyzing, mapping, and documenting (diagramming) the company's processes. **Modeling and KPIs:** Supporting the definition and monitoring of key KPIs for the operational model. **Statistical Analysis:** Conducting numerical analyses and supporting the development of statistical models. **Standardization:** Developing templates, forms, or surveys for the department. ✅ **Operational Monitoring:** Tracking compliance with task plans defined with regional offices. **Reporting:** Regularly updating project tracking reports. **What are we looking for in you?** **Bachelor's student in Engineering or Business Administration.** An MBA or Master's in Industrial Organization Engineering will be considered favorably. ️ **Languages:** Native Spanish and English (B2\). **Technical Skills:** Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with Power BI. * ️ **Methodologies:** Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies. **Capabilities:** Analytical profile, proactive attitude, and attention to detail. **Position Details:** **Location:** Ciudad Lineal (Madrid). **Working Hours:** Full\-time with flexibility \- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday, 8\.00 AM to 3\.00 PM on Fridays. * **Internship Duration:** Starting in April, minimum 6 months, with possibility of extension. **Growth:** Integration into a multidisciplinary team with a strong technological component.
