We are looking for a professional with experience in executing and supervising **Retail** construction projects, capable of coordinating teams and subcontractors, organizing on-site work, and ensuring projects are delivered meeting the client’s requirements for **quality, schedule, safety, and finish standards**. This is an established and growing company specializing in **Retail projects, commercial space adaptation and renovation**, with strong market presence and high project standards. **Job Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Organize workspaces, storage, maneuvering areas, access routes, as well as material and machinery logistics. * Supervise and control daily site execution, ensuring compliance with planning, quality, and safety requirements, and following instructions from the Site Manager. * Interpret drawings and carry out layout of work units, efficiently assigning tasks to workers and subcontractors. * Propose construction methods, materials, and techniques, providing technical guidance to teams. * Monitor materials, measurements, and progress reports to management and clients, complying with occupational health and safety regulations. ### **Requirements** * Experience as Construction Site Manager on retail or commercial projects (offices, shops, warehouses, etc.): 3\-5 years. * Preferred experience in luxury retail sector (boutiques, jewelry stores, watch retailers, international brands). * Valuable experience in other project types (residential, development, etc.). * Mandatory 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention course for construction sites. * Knowledge of construction processes and team coordination. ### **Benefits** * **Meal vouchers** for travel within the province of Madrid. * **Per diems for extended stays**, as per agreement, outside the province of Madrid. * **Professional career development plan**, via annual evaluations. * **Construction industry pension plan.** * **Travel and mobility management**, both local and long-distance, using corporate applications. * **Intensive working schedule**, as per collective agreement.
