Do you have experience in **test and validation of communication systems**, and are you interested in working in complex environments involving **voice, radio, and networks**?
We are looking for a **Test and Validation Engineer** to participate in the development and validation of **voice communication and remote radio control systems**, working on advanced technology projects.
The selected candidate will play a key role in **test definition, execution, and validation**, as well as in the **global integration and deployment of communication systems**.
**What You Will Do:**
---------------
* Define, design, and execute **test plans and procedures**.
* Perform **functional and integration testing** of communication systems.
* Validate **voice (VoIP) and remote radio control (VCS) systems**.
* Prepare **test documentation** (plans, procedures, V&V reports).
* Analyze results and ensure **traceability between requirements and tests**.
* Participate in **technical reviews** (PDR, CDR, TRR, FDR).
* Work on **system and third-party solution integration**.
* Participate in the **deployment of communication systems** in real-world environments.
* Interact with the **end customer**, providing technical support and incident tracking.
**What We Are Looking For:**

* Bachelor’s degree in **Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, or related field**.
* **3–4 years of experience** in **system test and validation**.
* Experience with **VoIP communication systems**.
* Knowledge of voice protocols: **SIP, RTP, G.711**.
* Experience with network analysis tools such as **Wireshark**.
* Experience in **Linux environments (Red Hat)**.
* Knowledge of **networking (DNS, DHCP, NTP, IPAM)**.
* Experience in **test and V&V documentation generation**.
* Experience in **system integration**.
* **Desirable**
* Experience with **Session Border Controllers (SBC)** and unified communications.
* Knowledge of **virtualization, containers (Kubernetes)**, or SDN.
* Experience in **test automation**.
* Experience with **requirements management tools (DOORS)**.
* Experience in **international deployments** of communication systems.
* Ability to **engage with customers** and work in multidisciplinary environments.
